Workflow: From Unrealised to Realised

Step 1: Set Commission on a New Listing

In the "Add New Property" form, you must enter the property price and your commission percentage.

Why this matters: This is the basis for accurately forecasting your potential revenue pipeline.

Step 2: Automatic Calculation to "Unrealised"

When you publish the listing, the potential commission is automatically added to your "Unrealised" total on the dashboard.

Step 3: Update Status to "Mark as Sold"

When a property is sold, you must update its status in the "My Properties" list.

Step 4: Move to "Realised" Revenue

The system then automatically subtracts the commission from "Unrealised" and adds it to the "Realised" total, giving you a dynamic view of your financial health.
